Hormonal imbalances, stress or certain disorders can disrupt ovulation. A diet rich in antioxidants, zinc and omega-3 promotes better fertility.

 

Where to find them? Many antioxidants are found in brightly-colored fruits and vegetables (blueberries, apricots, cherries, broccoli, peppers, etc.). Omega-3s are traditionally found in oily fish (sardines, mackerel, herring, etc.). As for zinc, shellfish are rich in it.
