Digestion and Immunity

A healthy digestion prevents immune disorders and many diseases.

Here are some practical tips for optimal digestion and strong immunity:

Eat balanced: To bring prebiotics: consume a maximum offruits and vegetables (ex: garlic, onion, asparagus, banana, leek - forget the potatoes. They will unfortunately not bring much in nutrients ... 😉) And probiotics (yogurt, raw sauerkraut), and micronutrients (zinc, vitamin D, omega-3) through diet and/or supplementation.

Manage stress: practice yoga and/or meditation, make sure you have a regular and restful sleep.

Exercise: any sport will do. The important thing is that you enjoy it enough to last. Be careful to adapt the practice to your level: no need to start a marathon if you have not run from the school benches! You can increase the difficulty as you progress.Sport improves transit and reduces inflammation.

Hydration and quality sleep: they are the pillars of a good digestion and therefore the beginning of an effective immunity.
